Chicken Marsala

One of our favorite dinners: Chicken Marsala with Pancetta and Cream. It makes the house smell like really expensive bacon for a few hours, but it is well worth that annoyance. Tip: open all of the windows in your house, because the weather is nice, for ventilation before you start making this meal.
